ONLINE CLINIC
Online Clinic is a healthcare platform that simplifies access to medical services - allowing users to book doctor appointments, schedule laboratory tests (in-clinic or at home), request remote prescriptions, and manage medical documentation digitally. Designed during my time at Moncero, the platform offers flexible subscription plans (individual, kids, family) to make healthcare more accessible and user-friendly for patients.
Year :
2024
Industry :
Healthcare
Client :
Online clinic
Project Duration :
6 monthes

Problem :
The challenge was designing for a wide range of users - from tech-savvy young adults to older patients less comfortable with digital tools - while handling complex healthcare workflows. The platform needed to support multiple service types (appointments, lab tests, prescriptions, documentation) without overwhelming users. Balancing clarity with comprehensive functionality, ensuring trust in a sensitive domain like healthcare, and creating a system that felt modern yet approachable required careful structural planning and iterative testing.
Solution :
I designed clear user flows and intuitive navigation that guide users through booking, subscription management, and service selection with minimal friction. The interface prioritizes simplicity: streamlined appointment scheduling, transparent pricing for subscriptions, and easy-to-understand service options. I used modern, clean visual design to build trust while keeping interactions familiar and accessible. By structuring information hierarchically and reducing cognitive load at each step, the platform makes healthcare services feel less intimidating and more manageable for everyday use.

Summary :
Online Clinic demonstrates how thoughtful UX can make essential services more accessible. The project required balancing complex backend functionality with a simple, trustworthy frontend - designing for diverse user needs while maintaining clarity and ease of use. This work strengthened my ability to design for real-world impact in sensitive domains, where good design isn't just about aesthetics - it's about removing barriers and making life genuinely easier for people.
